The Kerala Kitchen

Rice and fish curry, appam with vegetable stew, thoran from the garden, and cardamom tea that never quite stops being poured.

Cooked the way it is eaten in these hills

What lands on the table

Meals at Wild Saga are Kerala home cooking, served the way it is eaten in these hills — rice and fish curry, appam with vegetable stew, thoran from the garden, and cardamom tea that keeps coming.

The kitchen seasons with pepper and cardamom grown a few kilometres away, and will happily turn the chilli up or down for your table. Tell us your preference when you sit down, and we will set a place for it.

Travelling early for the boat or the safari? Ask the night before and a packed breakfast will be waiting at the front desk.
